Cassie Broadhead, PA-C, is a Physician’s Assistant at Mountain West Medical Group Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University in Exercise Science and later, a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University. She played basketball for BYU, coached basketball at Timpview High School, and currently serves as a volunteer assistant coach at Stansbury High school. She also spent five years as a horseback riding instructor. She has specific experience in bone and joint surgery as an orthopedic physician assistant as well as in primary and urgent care.
Cassie believes the human body is miraculous and aims to help patients heal and feel better with exercise, lifestyle improvements, and diet as much as possible. In the case of trauma or injury, there is a place for modern medicine, medications, and procedures. She uses best practices and science to help the human body achieve its greatness.
